Higher Poynton

Yesterdays early doors drink was taken in the Ring of Bells before returning to FL for moussaka and a glass of Merlot. After a single malt nightcap, Sue sent us all to bed.

We shoved the boat across to the services to fill with water and dump the particles while our guests were still getting out of their bunk. A short cruise found us moored in Higher Poynton. We all had a circular walk around Poynton which took us past the Anson Engine Museum. I will visit it tomorrow it's inaugural 2014 opening.

The walk ended at the Boars Head for a swift glass of ale and to reserve a table for tea in the evening. Back to FL for lunch of sausage pork pies olives and dips.

In the evening we met up with Paul & Elaine for dinner and drinks.
