Chirk

 We are really enjoying the Llangollen canal, the fantastic views and dramatic transport architecture are at their best in the summer sunshine. At Chirk we enter Wales and the scenery gets even better.

A stop to wander up to the castle to use our National Trust membership cards was a highlight indeed.
