The three-week firebreak lockdown on the Island worked, we are now back to being Covid free in the community(no cases in the last two weeks). 

Tomorrow islanders can breathe a sigh of relief as things return to normal

The vaccination program began here on the 4th of January to jab the 84,599 souls clinging to this rock. My age group (over 65)  should be sometime in March as long as supply distribution isn't disrupted.

Lockdown

 Last week the island had a case of Covid out in the community when the count reached 6 we were put in lockdown for three weeks, the spread has now reached 21 despite restrictions. Hopefully, the lockdown works and life here can return to normal.
